Nezhinsky cucumber salad – a cucumbers preservation recipe for the winter, we often buy several kilograms of cucumbers for preservation. It does not always happen that the cucumbers are all one to one, there are twisted ones, so they can be used to make a salad for the winter from cucumbers. If the cucumbers are large, cut them in half lengthwise, and then into plates 3 mm thick.

When the jars are full, add salt and sugar, pour in vinegar and pour hot water, without adding 1.5 cm to the top.
