English chocolate pudding – a recipe for British cuisine, in England there are a lot of different puddings, one of the puddings they cook for Christmas, with berries and dried fruits. Chocolate pudding is simpler, it can be cooked any day, it is prepared from readily available products and does not take a lot of time, especially since a food processor can knead it for you.

Breadcrumbs 125 g
Cocoa Powder 3 tbsp
Cream 15% 2 tbsp
Sugar 60 g
Butter 50 g
Eggs 2 pcs
Cognac 1 tsp
Almonds 2 tbsp
Soda 0.5 tsp

Cooking Recipe

For the chocolate pudding recipe, separate the yolks from the whites, grind the yolks with sugar.

Beat the whites into a fluffy, stable foam.

Pour flour, grated almonds, cocoa into breadcrumbs and mix. Further, without ceasing to interfere, gradually introduce the remaining products.

Lastly, add the whipped egg whites to the pudding dough and stir. The dough is quite dense, if you cannot knead it with a spoon or spatula, you can do it with your hands. The chocolate pudding dough should be smooth.
