For the recipe meatloaf baked in dough finely chop the onion, garlic and parsley and fry in oil.
Mince mix. Beat one egg, add minced meat for most of it, add mustard, fried onions, salt and pepper and mix.
Hard boil the remaining eggs and peel. Roll out the dough for meatloaf into a rectangular layer 0.5 cm thick, put half of the minced meat in its middle, put boiled eggs on top and cover with the rest of the minced meat.
On the long sides of the dough, make oblique cuts and wrap the minced meat crosswise. Lubricate the dough with the remaining egg and bake in an oven preheated to 180°С (355°F).
Bake meatloaf for 40 minutes, until golden brown.
