Rice Paper with Minced Meat – Chinese cuisine recipe, very interesting, beautiful and simple snack recipe. When fried, rice paper looks very beautiful, reminiscent of boat clouds. Ground beef can be replaced with mushrooms, vegetables or chicken. When serving, you can beautifully pour Honshu sauce on top and sprinkle with finely chopped herbs.

Recipe Ingredients

Rice Paper 2-3 leaves
Minced Beef 200 g
Carrots 0,5 pcs
Onion 1 pcs
Bell Pepper 0,5 pcs
Hoisin Sauce 2-3 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp

Cooking Recipe

The recipe forrice paper with minced meatis very simple. Finely chop the onion, sweet pepper and carrots. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, add chopped vegetables and fry.

When the onion becomes transparent, add minced meat, sauce, sugar, stir and cook over medium heat until fully cooked.

Divide the rice paper into several segments. It is best to do this with scissors, as the paper is very fragile and can crumble into small pieces.

Pour about 3-5 cm of vegetable oil into the frying pan. When the oil is hot, add rice paper and fry. Place the minced meat in the prepared paper and serve immediately, garnished with herbs.
