Soba with chicken and vegetables - a Chinese cuisine recipe, soba is a very popular noodle, it can be cooked with various meats or vegetables. Or just boiled noodles with nori and sesame seeds. This dish is a complete meal, it combines everything you need for nutrition.

Recipe Ingredients

Soba Noodles 500 g
Red Onion 60 g
Carrots 60 g
Bell Pepper 0,5 pcs
Garlic 2 cloves
Vegetable Oil 2 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Soy Sauce 3 tbsp
Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp
Hot Pepper 1 pcs

Cooking Recipe

The recipe for soba with chicken and vegetables is very simple. Cut sweet peppers, carrots and onions into thin strips. Finely chop the garlic and chop the cabbage. Cut the hot pepper into rings.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, place chicken fillet cut into small pieces into it. Fry the fillet over medium heat until golden brown.

Add prepared vegetables to the chicken, stir and fry over medium heat, stirring occasionally for 1 minute. Then add sauces, sugar, wine, stir and fry until the liquid has completely evaporated.

Boil the soba noodles in boiling water, then place in a sieve and rinse with cold water. Place noodles on a plate, place chicken and vegetables on top, garnish with hot peppers, herbs and serve.
