Assorted vegetables for the winter – a recipe for Moldovan cuisine, in winter such a salad is very well suited as a side dish for meat. Such assorted vegetables are best prepared in half-liter jars. To make the assorted vegetables tastier, put the jar in the refrigerator before serving, and after cooling, transfer the vegetables to a dish and sprinkle with finely chopped fresh herbs.

For a recipe for Moldovan cuisine, assorted vegetables for the winter boil and cool half-liter jars.
Wash the pepper, cut into quarters and remove the seeds. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into quarters just like the pepper. Wash the cucumbers and cut into slices two fingers thick.
Put a sprig of dill, a clove of garlic, two grains of peas at the bottom of the jar, put cucumbers, tomatoes and peppers on top.
Boil water in a separate bowl, add salt, vinegar, bring to a boil and pour this marinade over vegetable platter. Cover the jars with lids, place in a saucepan with hot water and simmer for 20-25 minutes with a quiet boil.
Then remove from the water and seal. After a couple of months, the vegetable platter will be ready to eat.
