Pour water into a saucepan and put on high heat. When the water boils, add the marinated meat, mix and cook until the meat changes color and becomes light. After 3-4 minutes, put the beef petals into the pan, mix, increase the heat to medium, add salt, sugar and mix. Then pour in the coconut milk, stir and simmer beef curry until the curry sauce thickens. Transfer the cooked beef with curry sauce to a plate and serve with boiled rice, herbs and ginger.
