Chicken chanfayna – a traditional Spanish food recipe made from chicken fillet with the addition of dry white wine. Chicken liver chanfayna is also cooked. Chanfayna is served with vegetables.

To cook a chanfayna recipe, chicken fillets must be washed and boiled with wine, salt and pepper. Cut the boiled fillet into strips.

Chop the onion, garlic and pepper and fry in vegetable oil.

Breaded the fillet in breadcrumbs and put on lightly fried vegetables.

Stir and pour in 100 ml of chicken broth after 5 minutes. Simmer for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. When chanfayna is ready to pepper and sprinkle with finely chopped herbs.
