Cooking Recipe

To cook a Georgian cuisine recipe pork ribs, marinated in tea, wash the ribs, dry with a napkin and smear with a mixture of salt and pepper.

Brew strong tea in 100 ml of hot water and pour it into the ribs, add the bay leaf and, periodically turning over, let the tea leaves soak into the ribs. Of course, the whole tea leaves will not be absorbed, but after about 1-1.5 hours it will saturate the ribs well.

Then smear the ribs with mayonnaise, cover with foil and put in the cold for marinating for 2 hours. After the time has elapsed, transfer pork ribs onto the prepared wire rack or grill and fry on all sides until completely readiness.

If you are cooking ribs in the oven, then preheat the oven to 250°C (480°F). Put the ribs on a wire rack, put a tray down to drain the fat. Ribs are cooked for 45-60 minutes. Serve hot pork ribs with herbs and vegetables.
