Recipe Ingredients

Minced Beef 500 g
Garlic 2 clove
Onion 1 pcs
Quince 1 pcs
Eggs 1 pcs
Tomato Paste 2-3 tbsp
Meat Broth 200 ml
Parsley 1 bunch
Hot Pepper 1 pcs

Cooking Recipe

The recipe for quince meatballs is very simple. Add half the finely chopped onion, garlic, egg, pepper and salt to the minced meat. Mix everything well and beat it on a cutting board. If the stuffing is dense, you can add a small amount of ice water to it.

Form small balls from the minced meat. Fry the meat balls in hot vegetable oil on all sides.

Cut the second half of the onion into thin half rings, cut the quince into slices, cut the hot pepper into rings. Put the prepared products to the fried meat balls and mix.

Next, mix the broth or water with tomato paste, pour the sauce over the meatballs, sprinkle with finely chopped parsley and mix. Put the frying pan with meatballs into the oven preheated to 180°С (355°F) and cook for 30 minutes.
