Potatoes in spicy tomato sauce - an Indian cuisine recipe, potatoes go well with fragrant tomato sauce.

Potatoes 0.5 kg
Onion 2 pcs
Tomatoes 4 pcs
Hot Pepper 1 pcs
Ginger 1 cm
Lemon Juice 1 tsp
Cilantro 1-2 twigs
Eggs 3 pcs
Olive Oil 1 tsp
Curry Leaves 4 pcs
Garlic 1 clove

Cooking Recipe

To cook a recipe for Indian cuisine, potatoes in spicy tomato sauce, heat oil in a pan or wok. In a frying pan with oil, add finely chopped onion, curry leaves, de-seeded and chopped hot pepper, and fry until the onion turns brown.

Finely chop the tomatoes, add to the pan to the onion and spices, mix, reduce the heat and simmer for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then add the grated ginger, chopped garlic, ground red pepper, chopped cilantro, coriander and salt.
