Cooking Recipe

To cook a recipe for baking bread, sesame braid, mix two types of flour, add salt, and then rub the yeast into the flour. Live yeast is very easily rubbed and ground with flour into crumbs. After pouring in water, at room temperature, and rub the dough in a circular motion along the walls of the bowl. So the dough goes through the first stage of kneading.

After, put the dough on the surface and knead for another 5 minutes, rubbing it over the surface. Collect the mushy dough with a scraper in a lump and knead for another 15 minutes, but in a different way. Pulling the dough, lower it sharply, hitting the surface, one end of the dough will be fixed, and the other end of the dough will be stretched to the sides and covered with a fixed hood. Transfer the kneaded dough to a bowl, cover with cling film and leave in a warm place for 1 hour.

When the dough has risen, put it on a floured surface and knead lightly, form a ball, and then divide it into 12 parts. Shape each part into a ball, cover with clingfilm and set aside for 10 minutes. When the dough rests slightly, flatten each ball of dough with your hands, giving it an oval shape. After folding one edge of the dough to the middle, press it, and then the other edge.

Flip the dough seam side down to form a rectangle. Step back from the edge and make two cuts with a knife, and then weave a pigtail and fasten it. Form the rest of the dough balls in this way.

Pour sesame seeds into a flat bowl. Braids brush with water and roll in sesame seeds. Transfer the prepared braids to a baking sheet, cover with a towel and put in heat for 45 minutes. And then bake in an oven preheated to 220-250°C (430-480°F) for 12-15 minutes.
