Potato soup with dumplings – a recipe for Belarusian cuisine, a light and tasty soup, it can be cooked on water or chicken broth.

Wheat Flour 40-50 g
Salo 40 g
Onion 1 pcs
Carrots 1 pcs
Butter 1 tbsp
Eggs 1 pcs
Milk 130 ml
Bay Leaf 1 pcs
Black Pepper 3-4 pcs

Cooking Recipe

For potato soup with dumplings, peel potatoes, cut into small cubes and pour 1 liter of water or chicken broth. Salt the water and put it on medium heat for 10-15 minutes.
