The recipe for funchose with beef and vegetables is very simple. Finely chop the garlic, cut the sweet pepper into thin strips. Cut the onion into half rings, chop the Chinese cabbage. Cut the beef into thin slices.

Boil the funchoza noodles in boiling water for 10 minutes, then place on a sieve and rinse with cold water.

Soak dry muer mushrooms in warm water and set aside to swell for 10-15 minutes, and then cut into strips.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, add beef to it and fry until golden brown. Then add garlic, chopped vegetables and soaked mushrooms. Simmer over medium heat for literally 1 minute.
