Thin walnut cake - a recipe for making a confectionery product, maybe it will not seem very beautiful to someone, but the cake is very tasty.

Recipe Ingredients

For Dough
Wheat Flour 170 g
Butter 100 g
Egg Yolk 1 pcs
For Filling
Walnut 90 g
Sugar 185 g
Egg White 2 pcs

Cooking Recipe

You can take any nuts for the cake. Roast the nuts and grind in a mortar or in a food processor with sugar. Whisk the egg whites into a strong foam, mix with nuts and sugar, and then add the flour.

Pour the prepared filling over the baked crust, spread evenly and place in a preheated 160°C (320°F) oven for 25 minutes. When the cake is baked, take it out of the oven and cut into thin walnut cake 5x9 cm.
