Apples 250 g
Almonds 50 g
Raisins 50 g
Ground Cinnamon 0.5 tsp
Salt 0.5 tsp

Cooking Recipe

Stuffed apples in cottage cheese dough won't take long. To prepare them, it is necessary to sift the flour and put it on the table in a slide. Add salt, 40 g of sugar and cottage cheese to the flour, mix everything well. Add chopped butter to the resulting mass. Chop all the ingredients well, knead and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

In the meantime, peel the apples, take out the middle without cutting through the bottom, and stuff with a mixture of crushed almonds, sugar residue, raisins and cinnamon.

Roll out the dough into a layer 0.5 mm thick and cut into squares. Put a stuffed apple in the middle of each square, bend the edges of the dough. From pieces of dough, you can form various figures and decorate stuffed apples.

Brush the dough with egg, place on a baking sheet sprinkled with flour and place in the oven. Bake at 180°C (355°F) for 30 minutes. After apples in cottage cheese dough are baked, let them cool, and then sprinkle with powdered sugar.
