Beef and mushroom roast - a delicious main course according to a traditional recipe. Roast with mushrooms is made from beef and served with boiled potatoes or other side dishes.

For the recipe beef and mushroom roast, cut the beef into portions. Cut the smoked pork belly into cubes and fry with beef and finely chopped onions. After the meat is half cooked, put everything in a saucepan and pour the broth or water so that the meat is covered. Pour in wine, salt, pepper and simmer until tender over low heat.
