Plum cake – Spanish cuisine recipe, plums can be replaced with any other fruits, if they are apples or pears, then they must be peeled.

Recipe Ingredients

Plums 500-550 g
Butter 125 g
Eggs 3 pcs
Sugar 1 cup
Wheat Flour 1 cup

Cooking Recipe

To cook a Spanish cuisine recipe, cake with plums, cover a square shape measuring 20x20 cm with baking paper. Melt the butter and pour into the bottom of the mold. After placing the cookies tightly on the bottom, it should absorb the oil.

Cut the plums in half, remove the seeds and cut into slices, but you do not need to cut them. Put the prepared plums evenly on the cookies.

Beat eggs with sugar and, gradually adding flour, prepare a homogeneous dough.

Put the dough on the plums, flatten with a spatula and place in an oven preheated to 180°C (355°F). The plum cake is cooked for 25-30 minutes.

Remove the baked plum cake from the oven and sprinkle with icing sugar immediately.
