Lula kebab in Uzbek cuisine is usually cooked from two types of meat. In some regions, an egg is added to the minced meat and breaded in flour, and in some, only soda is added. The recipe for such a dish as lula kebab is also available in Turkish and Georgian cuisine.

For the kebab recipe, it is best to take fresh light-colored meat. Rinse the beef and lamb, cut into pieces and grind twice in a meat grinder. Add finely chopped onion, egg, salt, black pepper to minced meat and mix everything well.
