Mititei are small, uncased beef sausages. Due to the fact that the minced meat is first well kneaded and beaten off, and then kept in the cold, the sausages do not fall apart when frying.

Cooking Recipe
For the mititei recipe, mince the beef meat with garlic on a meat grinder. Knead the minced meat with salt, pepper and broth. Keep minced meat in the cold for 10-12 hours.
After the minced meat has stood, form sausages of approximately 10 cm and fry in oil on all sides. Serve mititei with fried potatoes, salad and muzhdey sauce.
