For the bacon croutons salad recipe, cut each slice of bacon in half crosswise, roll up and pierce with a toothpick. Place the bacon on the grill or dry skillet and brown on all sides.
Cut the crust off the bread, cut the crumb into small squares and fry in the same way as bacon. Put torn lettuce leaves, cucumbers cut into thick slices in a salad bowl. Then put the tomatoes cut into quarters, salt and pepper.
