Recipe Ingredients

Garlic 9 cloves
Olive Oil 2 tbsp
Sherry 100 ml

To cook recipe of Spanish cuisine sherry chicken with garlic, peel and finely chop three cloves of garlic. Wash the chicken, cut into portions and rub with salt and garlic. Pour the oil into a heavy-bottomed pan, when the oil is hot, put the chicken pieces and the remaining unpeeled garlic.

Fry chicken until golden brown. Drizzle the fried chicken with the sherry, reduce the heat and cook until the wine has evaporated and forms a thick, cream-like sauce. Serve chicken in sherry hot. If sherry is not used in the chicken recipe, then you can take dry white wine, and serve the chicken with it.
