- Hard cheese 240 g
- Light beer 125 ml
- Butter 100 g
- Mustard 1 tbsp
- Ground hot pepper 0,5 g

For Welsh toast with cheese cut the loaf into thick slices and fry on both sides in a dry frying pan.
Mix beer with pepper and mustard, grate cheese. In a frying pan over medium heat, melt the butter, pour in the beer, and, stirring constantly, pour in the cheese.
Whisking constantly, add beaten egg yolks. Spread the prepared cheese mixture on fried bread, place on a baking sheet and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes. Serve croutons warm.
