Cheese souffle - a fluffy, airy soufflé of French cuisine is very easy and quick to cook. Soufflé can be either a main course or a dessert.

Recipe Ingredients

Hard Cheese 400 g
Wheat Flour 2 tbsp
Eggs 6 pcs
Corn Starch 2 tbsp
Breadcrumbs 4 tsp

Cooking Recipe

The cheese souffle recipe is very simple. Separate the yolks from the proteins, grind the yolks with flour, baking powder and starch.

Whisk the egg whites until fluffy and fold into the yolk mixture.

Coarsely grate the cheese and gently fold into the egg mixture.

Grease baking molds with butter, sprinkle with breadcrumbs. You can put paper cupcake liners in the molds. Pour the prepared dough over and place in a preheated 200°C (390°F) oven. Bake cheese souffle until golden brown, 25-30 minutes.
