For the meat and vegetable stir-fry recipe, cut the bacon into small cubes and fry for 2-3 minutes until the fat starts to render. Add finely diced sausage, brisket and salami to the bacon. Onions, carrots and potatoes are also cut into cubes and poured into meat products, salt and pepper.
Mix everything well, add herbs, spices and simmer over low heat. After 20-30 minutes, prepare the dressing by chopping and mixing all the products and pour the dressing casserole. Mix the roast well and serve hot with pickles.
