Quiche lorraine with bacon is very easy to make. This bacon pie looks like pizza.

Quiche lorraine with bacon is quite easy to make. From flour, water, yeast, salt, and sugar, knead the dough and leave for 1 hour in a warm place.
Fry diced bacon and onion in hot vegetable oil. In a separate bowl, beat eggs with cream, add grated cheese and chopped greens. Salt, pepper to taste and add nutmeg.
Roll out the dough into a thin cake, like a pizza. Put the fried bacon with onions on the tortilla and pour over the egg family. Bake quiche lorraine at 180°C (355°F) for 20-25 minutes.
