Baked chicken with dumplings and cheese may seem like a bit of a challenge, but sometimes you can throw a party.

Chicken 1 pcs
Bacon 200 g
Onion 2 pcs
Carrots 2 pcs
Eggs 1 pcs
For Dumplings
Wheat Flour 350 g
Buttermilk 300 ml
Caraway 1 tsp
Soda 3/4 tsp
Salt 1 tsp

Cooking Recipe

For the baked chicken with dumplings and cheese recipe, you need to rinse the chicken carcass and divide it into portions. Cut the bacon into strips and fry in a deep pan. After the bacon is well fried, put it on a paper towel.

In the pan where the bacon was fried, put the chicken pieces and fry until lightly golden brown. When the chicken is fried, put it on a plate. Fry chopped carrots and chopped onions in the same pan where the chicken was fried.
